Ancro Constructions is proudly a family owned and run small business based in the Illawarra NSW, servicing The Illawarra, Southern Highlands and South Coast. For over twelve years our team of trades have built experience in all areas of residential construction with our work ranging from small bathroom renovations right up to townhouse developments. We focus on building trusted relationships with local trades and suppliers so that when we work on your home we know the finished product will be something we'd gladly put our name to.
Paul Crossingham started his career as an apprentice plumber before going out on his own to start a maintenance business that grew into a small renovations business that grew into Ancro Constructions.
Ancro now builds new homes and townhouse developments across the Illawarra, Southern Highlands and South Coast. Paul built his business on good customer relationships. It’s a family business that keeps family at its core, with Nicole Crossingham looking after the books and finances.
Aaron Lloyd has worked for some of the largest volume home builders in Australia. From display home sales to General Manager, there’s few tasks in a building business he hasn’t done somewhere along the way.
