The Duplex Opportunity

The Story of a Big Backyard.

This family home in Mangerton was an excellent example of how things were done in 1960's suburban NSW! It was a long block with a small 3 bedroom cottage built near the street and a big backyard.

The family of four lived in the cottage while we built a brand new home in the backyard.

Now completed, they have moved into the new home and the front building is being rented out while the block undergoes a subdivision, which will turn it into two separate properties.

The new family home still has a backyard!

The recent trend in building is Duplex and Subdivision.

Terms like Duplex and Subdivision are no longer 'developer-only'.

There was a change last year: new NSW planning rules, spurred on by our current Housing Crisis, helped push savvy homeowners into looking at new ways they could unlock the potential of their own homes, and build Wealth for themselves and their Kids in the next few years.

With smart builders now helping bring this style of building into the mainstream,

Duplex and Subdivision is now a completely accessible and safe strategy for turning many family homes into multiplying assets, and there are so many opportunities up and down the residential streets of NSW that few people are seeing yet.

They will though, and we'd like to help YOU be among them!

'Spare land' down the side of the House.

This savvy young couple recognised the value of their block in Corrimal and had a custom new home designed to fit right next to the existing older home.

Navigating the root zone of an old gum tree as well as flood-prone height requirements, this 'spare land' that would never have served any other purpose is now about to be subdivided into it's own property, complete with a brand new double storey home.

They will have successfully multiplied their property by two!
